If you know the fundamentals of creative art — i.e. colour charts, lights and shadows — a large dose of imagination (cuz it helps a lot if you can picture the “eye makeup” in your head) plus, like I said, practice, you can successfully put on decent eye makeup. I went up North last night. All the way to Eastwood Citywalk to meet up with Lauren of Ukay Manila. On the 31st — Halloween! — I’m slated to attend a costume party of sorts and I’m already planning my makeup. The costume part is well taken care of so all I need to do is create a matching look in the makeup department.
