When I mentioned, “what I didn’t really like is that the shape of the flip-flops isn’t friendly for them who have wide feet”, on my last post, I wasn’t aware of the Havaianas WAVE line. These babies are meant for them guys with wide feet. Definitely.
I like how these flip-flops (but they look more like rubber sandals now) look. They’re very casual and look very sturdy. I like the light grey and navy blue colour combination. Makes it look clean and beach-ready. I love the straps.

I bought these pairs the other day over at all flip-flops in Bonifacio High Street. Naturally, they’re gifts for my younger brother, who celebrated his birthday and for teh boyfriend.
From what I observed, Havaianas have developed a good system for sizes, covering two sizes in a pair. To further illustrate, sizing is in 10-11 or 7-8 and such. I found it amusing that there is a shop that sells just flip-flops like the store all flip-flops, and they only sell the said brand. I was in Bonifacio High Street yesterday afternoon specifically heading towards the Crocs™ shop. I wasn’t the one who did the shopping for a pair, it was Rico. It all started when I saw him try on a pair when we were in Rustan’s, buying me a bikini, the other day, unfortunately, ones in his size were out of stock, hence, the trip to BHS store.
It was meant to be! He’s now a happy owner of a Crocs™ Scutes Sandals, priced at Php 1,850.00.
