Printed Jeans
For days that you feel that print would bring that certain lightness of being as you go about town. Make it your choice to go for something a little extra on your denim when a simple wash just won’t do.
In my case, I paired my printed skinny jean with a simple extended line tee from Cotton On. I let the printed jeans be the focal point of the look and just supported it with the Purple colour and topped it with a urban fedora. Key is to choose a print that will work better with your personal style, best if it can be paired with clothes you already own.

Distressed Jeans
Torn and ripped. You’d think these ought to go straight to the bin. I remember my mum saying while queuing up at the counter in Mango, “you’re paying that much for a pair of torn jeans?” That was nearly 4 years ago, when I bought my first pair of distressed jeans from Mango. This one’s my second, bought 8 months ago.
There are days when a bit of edge and toughness suit the mood you’re in. Works well if you want to explore military looks, wear tough details such as chains or studs, or if you simply want the worn out skater look. Personally, I’m quite partial to the distressed jeans. Like I told my friend, J, the distressed or ripped jean will always have room in my wardrobe esp since I’ve been wearing the sort for over 2 decades now.
