Challenge for the day: Casual dinner plans + dry heat

Solution: Easy pairing of light pieces; denim cut-offs + thin t-shirt
Threw on a new Lucy Raglan striped tee from Cotton On I recently bought with an old pair of cut-offs and thought of a blue-grey mix with my usual tough zing. I love this shirt <3. It retails for AUD$ 19.95 (roughly around Php 860.00).

Just played around with accessories to spice things up a bit, cue in a massively stacked rope bracelet plus trinkets on my fingers that made moving them a bit knotty. The ring with that grey gemstone is a gift from the big sis (weee!). Oh yea, I got the bracelet on sale for AUD$ 6.95 (roughly around Php 300.00).

Finally found a reason to air out one of the clutches. I think it’s a clever thing to opt for colour for the clutch — it’s a light blue-green shade, quite similar to a Tiffany blue only lighter by a few notches — since everything else I’m wearing were pretty much basic.

JCShoes. Again. Sorry about that. To my defense, I had planned on wearing something else but we were in a bit of a hurry to leave the house so, since it was the only pair within reach (and would make sense with the rest of the outfit), I just grabbed them and left. But I do like wearing them anyway, though I do need to consider the other pairs I have lest they get too left out and be miserable the rest of their stay in Oz.
Days like today make me: (1) glad that I’m a big t-shirt collector, (2) want to buy more though, and (3) wish that them charming cut-offs aren’t too expensive so I can get a new pair or two. Dear fashion gods, please consider my plea. I’ve only shopped a wee bit more than I did six months ago but definitely way less than the last time I was here in Oz, haha.
I can’t do much about the Summer temp where I’m currently based (oh, why don’t you just take me to the beach!) but as for the rest of you, stay cool! =]
