Where Have You Been?

Well, it’s more like a question that others have asked me. Yes, I’m guilty of being extremely busy with work. I do have this tendency to drop blogging when I’m working on major projects — ah, well.

Let’s just pick up where I left things. I meant to share with you stuff a few months back, let me try to run by them real quick. First off is the ankle boots I got from ALDO Liquidation, Solenad.

Believe it or not, this is one of the pairs I brought with me on that looonnnngggg business trip. Relatively comfortable (thankgod for cushion) despite the uneven pavements I had to walk on.

There’s another pair I bought before I left. It’s a pair from Chick Flick again. IDK, I couldn’t resist it when I dropped by their store in BF. Too pretty to pass up, haha.

I actually often wear this pair more than I wear the other chunky shoe. <3

Dropped a couple of statement rings and a pair of earrings in my shopping cart as well.

And, this necklace is a current favourite. I’m looking for more reasons to wear it. Seriously.

I reckon I should find an alternate to break my routine — I wouldn’t want to get tired of it so soon, haha.

Lastly (at least for this post), is a bit on nail love.

The Lady Sings the Blues. Looking at my nails now, I know I’m in dire need of a mani-pedi. Pity party topic: 3-month stint on DIY pedi and this bottle was my saviour. Interesting enough to keep me stylishly entertained while I laboured over months spent in an environment that’s aesthetically stuck a few decades back.

Anyway, rather than telling you where I’ve been, wouldn’t be better to just point out (and celebrate, perhaps?) that I’m back?

Alright — for the past 3 months or so, I was in the country known for the countless pagodas around town and one massive pagoda is well-lit at night, which looks like this:

And, yea, I’ve never been surrounded by so much elements — constantly surrounded by nature — that would make you feel insignificant and out of place.
