On rare occasions, I’d get lucky and score a fabulous vintage piece but, most of the time, I’d settle for vintage-inspired ones. They still look great anyway, not to mention, the former is so hard to come by. I’ve always had a soft spot for Vintage Fashion. It sets off a cascade of notions filled with romanticism and childhood memories. Yea, I reckon I can get a bit sentimental about certain things and I choose to put this emotion into good use by being a bit more productive than emo about it.
Anyway, one of two recent finds is this adorable vintage (inspired) jumpsuit from Sportsgirl.

The fab play of patterns takes a shot at mixing prints. Like iron filling to a magnet, I was immediately drawn to it. I’ve always been fascinated with jumpsuits or pantsuits. It retailed for AUD$ 99.95 (roughly around Php 4,482.00).
The other vintage-inspired piece I found was the Elsie Bag, also from Sportsgirl.

It’s sleek, no-nonsense design carries enough pull for what I want. No frills, no unnecessary bold stitching or contrast piping. Just the fab shade, shape and over-all look of the bag. It certainly makes me want to give the Tony Bianco bag away, haha. It retailed for AUD$ 49.95 (roughly around Php 2,240.00).
