Colour Crushing on Indigo Dye and Pink Coco

Loving the new colours that I’ve added to my beauty and style colour palette. There’s a touch of the old as I rekindle an old flame for the bluish hue then there’s the perpetual acceptance of pink and all the light, ever-so-dainty (both delicate and persnickety) femininity it indubitably represents.

Pink Coco is the current lipstick shade that I’d like inked (permanently!) on my lips. After discovering Bombshell on a whim, the shade that ushered an influx of pink inspirations, my last visit to the MAC counter at the Power Plant Mall in Rockwell produced another pink lipstick purchase. I reckon I’m gradually warming up to the idea of wearing pink. It may take a while before I’d really be comfortable with wearing pink clothes though.

It’s definitely pink but not the shockingly loud sort. It’s more muted. It seems like a mixture of coral, salmon and beige tones but still unmistakeably pink once it’s applied.

I’m still fascinated with how the TBS e/s looked on me. I don’t normally use blue eyeshadow but my Indigo Dye scarf inspired me to be a little more colourful yesterday so I did! It looked real fresh and, er, *youthful*. LOL.

I still can’t put a finger on it but it just feels like my style mood is in hyper-drive. Strangely, I know what I currently want. My mind is very clear. None of those hazy, oh-that’ll-do sort of purchase decisions. It has been both exciting and frustrating (esp when I can’t find/get what I want). And, not to mention, the colours and other details! It’s been crazy fun!
