As I heard the door shut and felt the car lurch forward, I realised that in my haste to get out of the house and be on the road, I had forgotten to wear earrings. I was already running late for a meeting and I knew I really didn’t have the time to turn around and run up to my room just for that. Don’t you just hate it when this sort of thing happens? Well, I do but it did sure give me a reason to shop. Hehe. So I thought I’d drop by the nearest mall and buy myself a new pair before I hit this other place I was supposed to be at that same day.
I ended up in Aldo Accessories store in Greenbelt 5 and bought this pretty little pair.
It’s actually dual toned: silver and gold. It matches the watch (the one that I always wear nowadays) that my sister gave me. It was a little dressy for the outfit I was wearing that day but it was just too cute. I just had to get it.
And, like I mentioned in a previous post, I meant to simply buy one pair of earrings but it turned into this full-fledged accessory shopping spree that had my head spinning and self, giddy. I already told you about the pair of wayfarers I also bought in Aldo. Now, check out this massive 3-toned chain bracelet with a gorgeous magnetic clasp.
I was sort of reluctant to get it at first because I thought that the clasp was too complicated to operate (but I eventually figured out that twas magnetic, heh) and that these chains, however fabulous they may look, are just too big for my narrow wrist. But I guess things worked out perfectly cuz here, take a look:
Not bad, eh? Love that it’s multi-toned and it combined metal and fabric, making the texture a little more interesting. And I just can’t get enough of how gorgeous looking the clasp is.
The earrings and bracelet retails for Php 455.00 and Php 895.00, respectively.
There’s one more piece from Aldo Accessories that I have yet to share with you guys. Perhaps you folks can even help in solving a small dilemma that I’m having with it. Stay tuned!
