Interestingly enough, my trip to Promod has been very productive, even when shopping for that pair of jeans at Promod had been unsuccessful. Can you tell I’m still miffed that I wasn’t able to get it? Well, I am. The folks there can attest to my evident disappointment that they offered to give me a call just in case. Ah, well.
Going back on the shopping being productive, not only did I end up with a new pair of flats (which apparently has a name btw, Winnie, it said its name was) I bought a new pair of sunnies named Iris and a shoulder bag named Pochette. Check, check, check.

Sunnies. I used to wear just one pair for what seemed like forever until I rediscovered my affinity (and started wearing contacts again, LOL) to this piece of accessory.

I still favour the wide/big and acrylic/plastic framed sunnies. And I love the fact that I found one in Taupe. It’s not a common colour you’d come across. Probably why it caught my attention.

I love the cartoon-y flower detail on the temples. This makes this pair of sunnies more casual than the two other ones I usually wear: MNG Sunnies and LuLu Retro Sunnies.

I used to wear one I bought from Portman’s Australia, too, which looked like my MNG pair but I guess the latter trumps it every time a decision has to be made. And the one from LuLu’s has a different look to it, having a unfair advantage. Right now, I still love my Mango sunnies but I love airing out new things, too. It’s like re-living Christmas mornings. Heehee.

I’m not through shouldering it. Not just yet. I’m thoroughly enjoying the practicality of shoulder bags right now that when I spotted this one, I knew it was fate.

I love how neutral it looks. It doesn’t boast monograms, embellishments or what not but instead it molds with your over-all look. I reckon it’s not made for the spotlight but I love how casual it looks. A perfect bag for a dose of some French street chic-ness on the fly.

The flap hides the opening for the main compartment and covers an open and zipped ones. Inside the main are three (3) more pockets: two (2) of which are open and one (1), zipped. The flap locks in place whilst in transit by two magnets hidden between the materials so it wouldn’t break the general “minimalist” look of the shoulder bag. Straps are adjustable.

Oh, yes. There’s a zipped pocket at the back. See what I mean about the bag having gazillion compartments? LMAO.
I don’t know how to explain my fascination with a bag’s compartments but, yea, it’s the next thing I’d check in a bag after the design and type. And this bag, regardless of size, tickled me crazy with 6 (7 if you count the mobile phone holder) compartments!

Forgive the number of photos versus the number of subjects. I was just tinkering with my baby bro’s Heidi lens (a Canon L lens named Heidi, I mean) and was fascinated with it.
So, have you checked out the bags and accessories in Promod yet? No? Well, you should! Hehe.
