For folks who helped me make up my mind via Plurk, here’s a look at the short and thin black number I ended up wearing. Yes, it’s short enough since it rides up a good 6 inches above the knee and thin enough to tempt you not to wear anything underneath for fear of knicker lines ruining it. Thoughts?
I was facing back-to-back events that night and just thinking about it was already stressful. I wasn’t particularly looking forward to dressing up and putting makeup on. I knew I’ll be pressed for time since I can only leave around 7pm cuz of the coding thingie to go to the Promod event that started at 6:30pm and should be in the Shu Uemura event by 8:30pm, both held in different locations (of course) but will need me to get back in my car and park again.
I wanted comfort but I was going to a fashion show and a makeup competition launch. I had to give it a lil bit of effort, yes? So I opted for the dress but worn flat sandals, blinged up, made sure I used Shu eye makeup, and, yes, curled my hair. It’s been a while since I last curled my hair and I love how it turned out. Heehee.
