Sasha Meets the HP Vivienne Tam Digital Clutch
Remember when I told you folks about this lovely, lovely HP Mini 1100 Vivienne Tam Limited Edition Digital Clutch?

Well, guess what? I was at M Cafe in Greenbelt 4, Makati City last week for the its Philippine Launch,

alongside two other mini laptops — the HP Mini 1100 PC series, retailing for Php 18,950.00

and the the HP Mini 2140 Notebook PC, retailing for Php 23,950.00.

Can you imagine how giddy I was while waiting for that darn cloth to come off the darn thing? I was, I was! Truly. LOL.
Btw, can you also imagine wearing that much costume makeup? I had chanced upon a couple of the models after the event and saw that they were having a hard time removing it. I’m not surprised!
Anyway, I wanted to show you folks why it’s called a digital clutch so I endeavoured to have a photo taken of the event host Miriam Quiambao with it.

Don’t you find Vivienne Tam’s intricate peony designs gorgeous? Looking at the vivid shades of violet and red inspired by her Spring 2009 collection, triggered a want so uncontrollable that I want to go to the nearest HP store and get myself one. Seriously.
Twas fantastic that I got to see an old friend again who I asked to have her photo taken with the digital clutch, too. Thanks, Jed!

Who ever said that work can’t involve family, too? Here’s a photo of the fashionable sisters, Jed & Miriam.

It was great seeing Alora, whose fashion never fail to impress me, again plus Ajay, Lauren, and Abe. Hallo!
Oh, yea. I finally got to meet Cecille of Chuvaness and Manila Style. Hope to bump into you again soon!
And, of course, do you think I’ll let the night pass without getting my hands on the digital clutch myself? Thanks for taking the photo, Jed!

Now, don’t you agree that it’ll be a perfect accessory for every geeky fashionista like myself? Introductions over, now it’s time to raid the piggy bank and count every peso saved, hoping it can cover the Php 27,950.00 price of the darn thing. I’m quite certain that the 250 units will go real fast and I’ll miss my chance of owning one if I don’t act soon.
How about you folks? Are you planning to get one yourself now that it has reached Philippine shores?
