Now, I’m going the mish-mash route and just make a quick rundown of what transpired the weekend before last. Twas a bit of a busy weekend (the most so far) but I’m not complaining! Now, let me tell you why.

Started with folks from GMA came over to my house to interview me for this new show they have, QTube on QTV11 (airs every Thursday, I think). [Update: Scheduled to air later tonight, 16 April 2009, 10:15pm]

Then come Saturday, a particularly extra warm day I should add, I had invited friends and family to the Krispy Kreme Chocolate Karnival at Bonifacio High Street in the morning.

Since my immediate family are all in different continents, folks who came with me are cousins plus a nephew.

My cousins are the husbands (Hi Kuya Jeff and Kuya Kerwin!) of these two lovely ladies who have become two of my closest friends and source of great support, Penny and Mayi. It’s fantastic that I got to hang out with them outside the usual places. Heehee!

Also, I’m happy I got to see these two good friends of mine — Thea and Hannah — again so soon! It’s becoming a weekly thing now. Hahaha! So, does this mean I’m seeing you ladies this weekend, too? Not that I mind! LOL.

Funny thing happened right after taking their photo, all three of us were interviewed on HERO TV. I was fine with questions about the Krispy Kreme event but when the guy started asking about Anime, OMG. Good thing I did like watching Anime at some point in my life. LMAO.

AND thank god I wore something that made the heat bearable that day.

Later that afternoon, I had attended the Fitflop Launch held in the Archeology Wing of Power Plant Mall in Rockwell.

Then my cousins and I simply hung out at Rockwell (coffee + shopping) till it was time to head home. Sunday was spent offline, prepared for the Send-off dinner I gave my mum (with the help of my cousins!), who’s now happily in the US.

There. Another weekend gone. So tell me, do you like the mish-mash sort of post format? Hehe. I’m trying to lessen the backlog real quick cuz I’m currently torn between blogging and reading my books. Twilight’s distracting me! LOL.
