What my Secret Santa gave me

Handmade Jewelry by Christine Newville Gartler

One of the things that greeted me in my mailbox (the real one, mind you) is a package from my Secret Santa, who turned out to be Lynn Stevens. At the time the package arrived, I was still in Australia. Lynn actually was kind enough to send me an email to inform me that she sent the gift to my Philippine mailing address. She was concerned that with the current setup, it missed my getting it for the holidays whereas I was more concerned with the package reaching my mailbox! We all know how reliable our postal system is, yes? Sad but true. Good thing that it did arrive (and is intact!).

Anyway, thanks for the lovely gift, Lynn! Knowing that it’s a handmade jewelry by Christine Newville Gartler makes it a whole lot more special!

If you’re wondering how (and where) I participated in this whole Secret Santa thing, twas over at my sister’s blog, ShaiCoggins.com, who held a Holiday Fun Swap amongst the 52WoC regulars (and anyone who wanted to join!).

You’re welcome Sasha! I’m so glad you did receive it, intact. I was worried on both counts: timing and mail.

Lynn: I’m glad it arrived safe. Otherwise, I wouldn’t be enjoying this piece of jewelry! Thanks again! :)

Tessa & Noelle: It is, isn’t it? :)
