Oh, no. I’m not talking about getting married. I just found it a witty title that’s so applicable to this outfit I put together for a night of hanging out with some girlfriends. I’d like to think it’s a vintage item due to its age but I reckon it’s far to young to be one. But there’s a possibility adding a decade or two.
Something Old
Can you believe that the dress I’m wearing is 12 years old? Well, believe it. It’s a gift from my mum and I wore it on my 18th birthday. Gawd. I guess now you know how old I am, yeah? It’s made out of this sheer tapestry-like material, which I thought would break when I decided to try it on. I guess age didn’t turn it brittle. Good for me!
Something New
Of course, I decided to wear my brown knee socks and lace-up work boots. Both were bought from Mango just this year.
I said we were to hang out, right? After dinner at Cafeteria, we ended up clubbing in Piedra then a night cap at a 24-hour Starbucks in the area. I got home half past five in the morning! Gawd.
