This is not news for most since it’s been brewing for quite sometime now. I reckon the onset of the craze can be traced back to a couple of months ago, with the fruit and owl pendants made popular by Hollywood celebrities. However, I’m appreciating the fact that pendants are now fast becoming more intricate in detail. Tassles, stones, crystals and assorted trinkets adorn 17″ to 40″ chains. These options make it more flexible in terms of incorporating it into an outfit. Some can be styled casually, some funky, goth-type and others can go for the classy, cosmo-girl look. I’m thinking that a fad can turn into a timeless style piece.
