Yes, I agree that booties or short boots can really be a fabulous style element. But, for practical reasons, I would prefer to wear something more comfortable and suitable to the weather. However, even when I do know that the office A/C can be good enough reason to get away with it but the weather outside poses a real concern. Summer will always mean fun and flirty to me so most of the outfits I'd end up wearing will translate this. I'll try to write up a feature on this to further expound on the idea.
