Held last week, Thursday, 19 July 2007 at the Rockwell Tent in Makati City, Philippines. It’s the Samsung MetroWear Fashion Show, The Next Generation. The show featured creations of fashion designers from the country’s premier group of young designers, The Young Designers Guild (YDG), like, Joey Samson, James Reyes, Ivarluski Aseron, Protacio, Patty Eustaquio, Antonio Garcia and LZ Punzalan.
The show also featured shoes from Brian Tenorio.
Samsung invited LomoManila to the said event, so, I got to take a peek on all things fashion in lomo (well, what else did you expect? Hehe)

Twas clearly a night when Philippine haute couture dazzled at its finest. Not only did Samsung tap into a showcase of upcoming fashion trends from the grey hues to fabric folds, they’ve managed to pull together an event that’s a bit off-season brilliantly. Fashionable way to promote a product.
Is there some sort of a trend in mixing fashion and products? Funny cuz I’m quite certain I just came from a PR event tied in with a fashion show like this one not too long ago. Interesting, yeah?

Keep up the good work señorita sascha. Keep updating everyone about the fashion industry. Everyone should know that there’s no such thing as being over dressed… it is just that everyone around them just happened to be under dressed. Be well.
