Pinoy Centric’s Karla Maquiling was kind enough to let Style Manila in on some highlights of certain fashion shows that were held during the recently concluded 2007 Hong Kong Fashion Week, which was organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council that showcased the upcoming Spring/Summer 2008 collections from notable fashion designers in the region.

Things are definitely looking up for Asian fashion. I wonder how much of it will influence style trends here in Manila. I heard that the country who took part during the said fashion event, no news on whether they showcased our designers, though. I’ll try to dig deeper and will definitely update you guys.
