Having searched for a bag, not necessarily to replace my black Chanel bag but simply to ease off on its use because I’m in danger of ruining it completely. I’ve been using it to carry my baby (my 400D) around, you see. Well, on top of my Moleskine, wallet, a book or two, my kikay kit, etc, that is. It’s just too much load for a dainty handbag. So, whenever I’m out shopping, I’ve been on the lookout for potential takers.

Then one day, I stumbled upon a quaint itty, bitty stall in Ruins, a local tiangge in BF Homes. I stepped in a space that can only house a maximum of 3 people together with all the goodies you can buy from their shop named, ANGELIque (yes, that’s how the name looked like in print, in a different, girl-y font, of course). Yes. It was that small and, er, narrow.

I found the bag adorable, definitely bigger than the bag I’m currently using but, somehow, I’m still not satisfied. I need a larger bag. I want the Kenneth Cole Tote! Sigh. I’ve simply have got to learn to be content with this one for now.

A bit of trivia on the bag. My dear friend Raissa happens to own one exactly like it and it was a gift from a friend who came from Hong Kong. Apparently, it was priced at HK$100 (around Php 700.00)! She also told me that she knows someone else who bought one at Divisoria for only Php 250.00! Egad.

And I thought I found a really good deal. Heh. Try and beat that, huh? LOL.
