My Own Chucks!
After a couple of near-misses, I finally got my own pair of Converse Chuck Taylor® All Star® in Classic Black Canvass! Yay!
I was over at the Shoe Salon yesterday and there I found the pair that I’ll be bringing home. I was all smiles when I was trying them on. Hehe. Honestly, I got frustrated with all the other shoe stores, who claimed to be one-stop shops but — pffft — they either don’t carry the brand or they have limited stocks! Gawd. Is the society so screwed up that they think women wouldn’t like to own a pair of Chucks?
Please excuse my ranting. It’s just that I’m still frustrated over the Crocs I can’t seem to buy (no size! no size!).

Oh, dear. I think I’m in a shoe shopping mode. I’m actually planning to go out later today to find that pair of shoes (last pair, bad stock. heh.) I saw yesterday in the mall. I’ll keep it to myself for a bit till I get my hands on one. 
Anyway, I got my Chucks for only Php 1,650.00 — I said ‘only’ since I’m someone who buys shoes that are usually priced over Php 2,000.00! Any pair that’s priced lower than that is inexpensive for me. LOL.

I had chucks when I was in high school and some don’t seem to like it. unlike now it’s so in
chucks never fade away from the fashion scene. just a thought, are there three kinds of cut for this? your photo seem to show a mid cut and if i remember correctly there is a high cut chucks and the regular?
