As you may have guessed, Style Manila is still under construction. Though, it’s been conceptualised a year ago, things only started materialising the past few months.

It’s both been exciting and frustrating to create this blog since a lot of thought has been put into it, my O.C. tendencies are — unfortunately for some — in overdrive. I pay attention to details too much, somehow wanting to come up with the exact results I have envisioned for the blog.

Apart from putting up the blog itself (domain purchase, wordpress installation, etc), now comes the tricky part of the process — the blog template design. I’m currently using a default theme, which I’m just trying to tweak a little bit but the blog will soon sport a different one. I won’t talk about that now, instead, I want you guys to celebrate with me the creation of the oh-so-fabulous logo!

It came out exactly how I wanted it — and, I mean, EXACTLY! Thanks to blogger-slash-graphic designer extraordinaire (then again, I may just be biased. Heh. ) Rico Mossesgeld, who was so patient with me as I vainly tried to articulate my logo idea as he worked on it. Gawd. I reckon I may have sounded overbearing and pushy. Lol.

I love it. I do. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!!
