Tiangge Finds | Beige Suede Flats

Beige Suede Flats 1I’m a self-confessed stilleto-addict. I am! However, since I started on my dayjob back in October 2006 — that meant having to take relatively long walks (to and from my building heading the direction of the nearest Starbuck’s) — I had grown fond of wearing flats.

The only pair I own was the one my brother gave me, a blue and green patched ballerina flats from Celine. It’s getting worn out (and I’m getting tired of wearing outfits that work with the shoes), I knew it was time for me to shop for a new pair or two.

And then I found my beige suede flats in a nearby tiangge (flea market) fondly called “Ruins” Beige Suede Flats 2that’s located along President’s Avenue in BF Homes Parañaque.

Shopping for this pair of shoes has a unique story, actually.

I bought it for only Php 320.00 (roughly around US$6 -US$7!!). I can say I got it at a good price (but my mum said I could’ve shaved off Php 100.00 more! Pah.) They also have it in olive green (my second choice), black, chocolate brown, and blue colours.

anyway, i’ve seen a similar one in 168 Mall mall a year ago..it cost around P230-250, and from Shoebox which sells at around P650 and my sister got hers at Janilyn at P799 last December 2007.
